Siria Sepeda

Siria S. Sepeda passed away in the comfort of her home in Beeville, Texas, on July 3, 2017. She was 88 years old. Siria was born in Goliad County, Texas, to Victoriano and Adela Silvas on April 21, 1929. She earned her GED and worked as a sterilization aid, as well as a beloved housewife. Siria and Hipolito Sepeda were married on May 3, 1952, and had four children. Siria is survived by her sister, Guadalupe Gonzales; her children, Fernando Sepeda, Beatrice Barrientes, Telma Sepeda and Rosario Sanchez; her niece, Janie Sepeda; as well as many other extended family members. Siria was known to be humorous and have a strong character. She loved dancing, music, shopping and playing games with her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly by her family. A memorial service will be held at her home, 2881 Third Road, Beeville, Texas 78102, on Saturday, July 8, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.
