Salvador Cano

Salvador Cano, 75, of Beeville, died Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017. Mr. Cano was born July 30, 1942, in Beeville to Conception (Vasquez) and Celestino Cano Sr. He finished high school and was retired from Modern Pipe after 20 years. He was a Catholic and loved to fish. He was preceded in death by his parents and a borther, Roger Cano. Survivors include three children, Mary Ann Cano, Cecila "CeCe" Cano and Christopher Cano; a sister, Sylvia Beavers; and a brother, Celestino (Mary) Cano Jr. Visitation will be held Monday, Sept. 11, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Angelus Funeral Home chapel with a prayer service that evening at 7 o'clock. The funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, Sept. 12, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Brother Joel Serna officiating. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery #2.
