Roque "Rocky" Cardenas, 46, of Beeville, died Wednesday, Oct. 11, 2017.

Mr. Cardenas was born July 19, 1971, in Beeville to Bangelica (Munoz) and Silverio Cardenas. He married Marsha Campos in Beeville and was a carpenter a reborn Christian and liked to DJ

Survivors include his wife, Marsha Campos Cardenas; his parents, Bangelica and Silverio Cardenas Sr. of Beeville; a daughter, Stephanie Ann (Andrew Vasquez) Cardenas of Beeville; two brothers, Silverio, (Jessica) Cardenas Jr. of Beeville and Baudencio (Lori) Cardenas of Portland; three sisters, Anna (Joe) De Los Santos and Claudia Cardenas, both of Beeville, and Dahlia (Elloy Vasquez) Cardenas of Skidmore; and six grandchildren, Andrew Vasquez Jr. Aubrey Vasquez, Mariya Vasquez, Jeremiah Vasquez, Elijah Vasquez and Colby Vasquez.

Visitation was held Wednesday, Oct. 18, from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Angelus Funeral Home.

The funeral service was conducted there at 7 o'clock that evening with Pastor Jim Taylor and Pastor Justin Perez officiating.
