Delfina Huerta

Delfina Salinas Huerta, 93, of Beeville, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2018.
Mrs. Huerta was born March 2, 1925, in Tynan, to Antonio and Francisca (Ramirez) Salinas. She was a housewife and enjoyed singing and dancing.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Conrado Perales Jr.; spouses, Claudio Ramirez, Conrado Perales Sr., Prajedes Salazar Sr. and Jesus Huerta Sr.; a stepson, Prajedes Salazar Jr.; sisters, Trinidad Salazar and Maria Castellon; and brothers, Ynadelcio Salinas, Melecio Salinas, Jose Salinas, Jesus Salinas and Antonio Salinas.
Delfina is survived by her beloved family including her sister, Elida Salinas Escalon of Beeville; a son, Cruz (Diane) Salinas of Sweeny; six daughters, Janie (Al) Resendez of Sheridan, Rogelia (Jimmy) Silvas and Nogelia "Noe" Bradt, both of Beeville, Elda Kindler of San Antonio, Elsa Perales of Corpus Christi and Mary Helen (Joe) Guzman of Harker Heights; a stepdaughter, Esmeralda Salazar; a stepson, Joe Salazar of Austin; 30 grandchildren; 99 great-grandchildren; 61 great-great-grandchildren; and six great-great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14, at Angelus Funeral Home chapel. A rosary will be recited there that evening at 7 o'clock.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15, at St. James Catholic Church with Father Luke Thirunelliparambil officiating. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Victory Cemetery No. 2.
Pallbearers will be Jesse Resendez, Bobby Resendez, Ernest Perales, Dody Perales, Damien Perales, E.J. Rosales, T.J. Garcia and Derril Perales.
